Centre 4 has a large cast combining seasoned actors and actresses with unknowns.

Dr. Sophia Bagaala: The new doctor in charge of Konaweeka Health Centre is played by Annette Matovu Namulindwa of Radio Mama. Annette has no previous film or video acting experience but is wonderful on camera. She's sure to win the hearts of men and women alike.

Moses Wema: The mysterious and hunky laboratory technician is played by Peter Odeke, best known as a news announcer on WBS. Peter has never acted for film or video but is a real natural.

Wilberforce Speke Churchill Muchoke: The slick and sinister clinical officer is played by seasoned actor Isaac Muwawu. Isaac has acted in the Time to Care video series and in several stage plays. He plays the man everyone loves to hate.

Monday Baraza: Under Wilberforce's evil spell, Monday is a rude and self-centred nursing aide who abuses patients verbally until Dr. Bagaala sends her packing. Played by Jennifer Nakanwagi, Monday is a character you pity and hate. The question is whether or not she can redeem herself and get her job back.

Gertrude Nnsi: The warm, motherly midwife is played by seasoned stage actress and manager of the National Theatre Alice Lwanga.

Nurse Jean Akella: Lovely Lyton Namubiru plays the beautiful and competent nurse Jean. Lyton is a newcomer to video but has a long list of stage plays to her credit.

Hope Sindi: Played by actress Eva Tumwesigye, Hope is the young and shy nursing assistant who attracts Wilberforce's unintended attention. Eva is an accomplished stage actress.

Livingstone Lagada: Played by well-known TV, video, and radio actor Philip Luswata, Livingstone is the health centre's cleaner and messenger who wishes he was in the army. Showing a broad range of acting talent, Philip Luswata brings both comic relief and sorrow to the series. Philip also scripted many of the programmes.

Boscoe: Played by John Byenkya (J.B.) of Group Africa Road Show fame, Bosco is the ambulance driver who charades as a doctor to attract women. This is John's debut on film.

Zachary Banda: Played by well-known actor Michael Wawuyo, Zachary is the Local Council III Chairman and Chairperson of the Health Unit Management Committee.

Miriam Banda: Zachary's wife, a local business woman and confidant of Dr. Sophia, is played by experienced actress and director Joanita Bewulira-Wandera.

The chicken-seller's wife, played by actress Susan Nalwoga, getting word about her husband who is in hospital with Cholera. Soundman trainee Hosea of WBS is on the boom. Behind the scenes at Centre 4, Susan Adsett is our Line Producer and Mike Daugherty is the Production Manager who work from the production office Mike Mundell, Director and Script Editor. He is responsible for training 3 Ugandan Scriptwriters and one Ugandan Director. He is sitting with Grace Mwangi, who is responsible for Continuity. Grace comes from Kenya. Derrek Oliver is the Sound Recordist from the U.K., responsible for training 2 Ugandan Soundmen Cameraman trainee Ali Bakka of AK Productions, on the clapper on location in Buwenge market
